System Upgrade Coming In May!
On May 1, 2010, EdCo Credit Union will be implementing a system upgrade that is the result of more than a year of work by your credit union team. Over the years, members have voiced the types of services they want to have access to, and this system upgrade will deliver them to you...and more!We Want to assure you that you will NOT be "on your own" following the System Upgrade. Experts will be available to help you with your questions in the days following the upgrade- simply call the credit union at (515) 274-4100 and you will have access to experts who know It's Me 247 and CU*EasyPay! inside-out. These kind professionals from our new system vendor are partnering with us to ensure our members are well-serviced and well-informed during this transition.

It's Me 247, your new-on-line banking system, enables you to handle the majority of your routine banking services from the comfort of home.* Verify account balances

PIB is your Personal Internet Branch. PIB enables you to set on-line security to your own comfort level.* Set your own secure passwords

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Will my account number change?
A: No, your account number will remain the same.
Q: Will my checks still clear?
A: Yes, checks will continue to clear as they have in the past.
Q: Will I have to purchase new checks?
A: You may obtain new checks if you like, but your old checks will continue to work just fine.
Q: Do I need to get a new Debit card, ATM or credit card?
A: No, just as with your checks, your cards will all continue to be accepted.
Q: Can I still use my "favorites" shortcut to get to on-line banking?
A: No. The first time you access It's Me 247 on-line banking, you must do so via the link we provide on our website. Once you have done that, you need to put the new site in your "favorites" listing.

Home Banking:
Our Home Banking service will NOT be available from Friday, April 30 at 5:45 p.m. to the afternoon of Monday, May 3 . After our staff certifies your accounts, our new Home Banking product, It’s Me 247 will then be available You will need to access the new system by clicking the It’s Me 247 link at the top of our home page.
- Your user name will be your account number.
- At first sign-in, your password will be the last four digits of the primary member’s social security number. You will then be prompted to change it immediately to a “strong” password of 6 digits or greater.
- You will need to set up three security questions with answers only you will know. You will be prompted to answer one of these questions each time you log in.
- Be sure to sign up to receive Electronic Statements during your first sign-on!
It’s Me 247 has a rich menu of new features including e-statements, e-alerts, the ability to open sub-share savings and certificates, and view check images.

Electronic Bill Payment:
We are excited to introduce our new CU*EasyPay! bill pay product. This product, produced by I-Pay, has won awards for ease of use, and its functionality is astounding. CU*EasyPay! features e-alerts, bill presentment, gift checks, calendar functions, and email payments.
